2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
Prices are based on the estimated size and condition of your premises. If our team arrives and the scope of work is significantly different from what was discussed, we reserve the right to adjust the price (with your approval) before starting the clean.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are typically issued on a [weekly/monthly] basis, depending on your agreed cleaning schedule.
Payment is due within [e.g., 14 or 30 days] of the invoice date.
Late payments may incur additional charges or a pause in your cleaning services until the balance is cleared.
4. Access to Premises
You agree to provide our cleaning teams with timely access to your premises, including any necessary keys, alarm codes, or security clearances needed to perform the clean during the agreed-upon hours.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We know business can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or skip a scheduled clean, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may still be charged at the full rate to compensate our staff for their blocked time.
6. Liability and Insurance
Varsity Cleaners Ltd is fully insured for commercial operations.
If we accidentally damage something while cleaning, you must report it to us within 24 hours of the clean so we can investigate and make it right.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for the loss of highly valuable, unsecured items left out in the open.
7. Contract Termination
Unless you are on a specific fixed-term contract, either party can cancel ongoing regular cleaning services by providing 30 days' written notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
